HopeWell has served young people in Massachusetts for more than 50 years. Hopewell programs provide vulnerable young people with the tools they need to reach their full potential in school, work, and life. In 2017, it became the first member of the My First Place network and in 2022, expanded My First Place programming to Springfield County in Massachusetts.
As the first organization to join the My First Place Network, Boston’s Hopewell has been a key collaborator in offering My First Place™ programming to young adults outside of California since 2017.
Once again taking a leading role in advancing learnings across our network, Hopewell is the first partner to implement First Place’s Youth Roadmap Tool to analyze aggregate program data, enhancing outcomes overall and for individual participants.
Hopewell staff will use the Roadmap tool’s precision analytics to guide individual participants’ goals and progress and track overall program outcomes in real-time. Hopewell’s implementation of the tool will help First Place evaluate its efficacy and relevance and refine our understanding of how diverse characteristics, services, locations, and goals impact young people’s ability to launch self-sustaining, living-wage careers.
